The History tab on the animal card shows one combined timeline of the important records for that individual. It lets you quickly see what happened recently without opening each part of the card separately.
What history includes
History includes feeding records, health cases, clutches, quarantine records, weight records, length measurements, sheds, general events and location moves.
Each row shows the record type, name or short description, date and, depending on the type, an additional detail. Records are always sorted newest first. Longer histories are paginated so the view stays usable even for animals with many records.
Opening the original record
Tap an item in history to go directly to the part of the animal card where the record belongs. The app opens the right tab, finds the correct page in the list and scrolls the specific item into view.
Records with their own detail open that detail automatically. A clutch, feeding record, health record or shed opens directly in its corresponding tab, replacing the list with the record detail. The Back arrow, the browser Back button and the Android hardware Back button restore the original list. For weight, length measurements, quarantine records, general events and location moves, the app locates the item in the list.
History overview on the Overview tab
The 5 most recent records are also shown in the History overview panel on the Overview tab. The panel is a quick entry point into recent activity. Tapping an item behaves the same way as the full history — it opens the matching tab and locates the record.
