An animal card keeps its profile photo separate from documents. Use the photo for quick visual identification, while documents store records and supporting files for the long term.
Profile photo
Add or change the photo by tapping the camera icon in the animal profile. On Android, you can take a new picture or select one from the gallery. In a browser or the desktop app, choose a file from your device. Tap the preview to open the photo in full size.
Documents
In the Documents tab, add a file with the upload button. Select its type — contract, certificate, CITES or other document — and optionally add a note. PDF, JPG and PNG files up to 10 MB are supported.
Filter documents by type. Each file can be downloaded or deleted; confirm deletion only when you no longer need the document in the records.
