What happens if I want to downgrade but have more animals than the plan allows?
The downgrade will be blocked until you reduce the number of tracked animals to the required limit. A warning is shown both in the Subscription section and directly in the Herpadex app.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription using the Cancel account button in the Account Settings section.
Is a free plan available?
Yes. The free plan allows full use of the app without a recurring payment, with a limited number of tracked animals.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Data is stored on secure servers. We do not share it with third parties — only you have access to it.
