The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It brings together the most important information about your collection and tasks that need attention.
Record overview
The top section shows the number of active animals, terrariums and racks. For animals, it also shows how much of the licence limit is in use. The Dashboard includes quick links to Animals, Terrariums and Racks.
Tasks
Below the overview, open operational tasks are grouped into three areas:
- Feeding — feeding records whose result has not yet been confirmed.
- Cleaning — terrariums with an approaching or overdue cleaning interval. From a task card, you can open the terrarium detail or add a cleaning record immediately.
- Equipment — equipment assignments with an approaching or overdue service date. The task card opens the relevant equipment detail.
The Dashboard refreshes automatically after you add a record or update a service date.
