The My account section shows your details and an overview of the app licence.
User and licence details
Here you can find your name, email address and app role. The licence overview shows the active plan, its validity period, animal limit and current use of that limit.
Change your sign-in email, password, billing details or subscription in the customer portal at herpadex.cz.
Customer identification
The account owner can find an eight-character customer code and a QR code here. Use the button next to the code to copy it. The recipient can use the code when looking up a customer for an animal transfer.
If the code is not shown, select Reload account information. The code and QR code appear after the account details are loaded.
App language
Use Change language to open the app language selector. The choice is saved only for your user account; it does not affect other users or the language of the customer portal.
Information sharing for transfers
If you are the account owner, you can find the sharing settings directly in the Account card, below the app language setting. Basic details needed for a transfer are always provided.
Use the E-mail, Phone and Address switches to choose which details you want to share during a future animal transfer. Confirm the change with Save. Other account users cannot see or change this setting.
The Address switch applies to the complete address. If no address details are filled in, enabling the switch does not require adding them.
